DANBURY, CT-New owners Summit Development of Southport, CT and the Grossman Companies of Quincy, MA have retained Cushman & Wakefield as its exclusive leasing agent for the Lee Farm Corporate Park property here.

The Summit-Grossman partnership purchased the five-story, 215,649-square-foot office building at 83 Wooster Heights Road earlier this month for $16.9 million from Lee Farm Partners, LLC. Major tenants at the property, which sits at the intersection of Interstate 84 and Route 7, are GE Capital, IMS Health and PepsiCo.

Meredith Siburn, a director with Cushman & Wakefield and a nearby Ridgefield, CT resident, will be the exclusive leasing agent for the property.

Felix Charney, principal of Summit Development, says of the appointment, “Lee Farm is the ideal property for our growing office portfolio. The location is ideal as it offers our tenants easy access to Westchester, Fairfield County and the New York Metropolitan area. We chose Cushman & Wakefield as our leasing agent because of their dominance in the Danbury submarket. They have an excellent handle on the market activity in that region and I'm confident that Lee Farm will benefit from their long-standing tenant relations.”
