SAN JOSE, CA—CBRE today confirmed the addition of professionals from the privately-held project and construction management firm LCM, based in San Jose. Joining CBRE from LCM is its entire team of eight Project Management professionals, including the firm's partners Keith Lundquist, Steve Graziano and Terry Hensley. The team will be based in CBRE's San Jose and Foster City offices. Other professionals joining CBRE include Jonathan Walters, Jennifer Pratt Mead, Ann Lung Nip, Kenneth Lau and Kelly Paine.
“This strategic recruitment enhances and expands CBRE's Project Management consulting and service offerings to clients in Northern California and throughout the Western U.S.,” said Mike Smith, president of the Western Division for CBRE.

Lundquist, who founded LCM in 1995 and recently served its president, added: “This is a great fit that will only enhance the level of service for our existing and future clients. Certainly when you join a large company such as this, it opens doors for incredible future opportunities, both professionally and personally.”
In their new roles at CBRE, the team will continue to serve their current clients, while integrating into the Northern California Project Management platform and CBRE enterprise.
