DALLAS-Industry Capital Advisors, headquartered in San Francisco, obtained $38 million in financing for a 15-property industrial portfolio consisting of 1.2 million square feet in Texas and New Mexico. HFF worked with ViewPoint Bank to secure and modify 12 separate loans.
Adam Herrin and Kevin Mackenzie with HFF worked on the transaction, which included seven new 10-year, fixed-rate loans and give existing loans that were modified and extended. At the time of financing, the portfolio's average occupancy was more than 90%.
Industry Capital Advisors is a private equity firm focused on investing in real estate assets. Through its Berkeley funds, the firm owns and operates more than two million square feet of industrial real estate in the United States.
