WASHINGTON, DC-Jefferson Apartment Group, Perseus Realty and Rockpoint Group report that they have sold 14W, a 231-unit luxury apartment building in the U Street neighborhood.
The sellers didn't announce the buyer or the price. GlobeSt.com will be updating this story shortly. The property was designed by HOK and Davis Carter Scott and houses the 44,000 square foot Anthony Bowen YMCA. HFF represented the seller in the transaction.
Rockpoint Group, Jefferson Apartment Group and Perseus Realty developed the property, after securing a $53 million construction loan two years ago from Wells Fargo for the mixed-use project.
