NORWALK, CA—CBRE has arranged a new, single-tenant 62-month lease located at 15500-15510 Blackburn Avenue in Norwalk valued at approximately $2 million.

The 72,000 square foot building was leased to Ameripak Industries, Inc. by the landlord, Majestic Realty. Philip Christian, associate; David Ellis, VP; Josh Bonwell, first VP; and Rick McGeagh, senior VP; represented the tenant.

Ameripak Industries, Inc., a California corporation which designs and manufactures retail packaging, is relocating from a building in Pico Rivera to the property in Norwalk.

The free-standing building has eight dock-high loading positions, a fenced yard, and an office area which the landlord is modifying to suit. The corporation plans to use the new property for warehousing, distribution, light manufacturing, assembly of their retail packaging and for related office and administrative uses, according to Bonwell.

“Ameripak Industries, Inc. was on a month-to-month contract in Pico Rivera and wanted to relocate to a building which was further south and more centrally located; the company had been partnered with CBRE searching for their ideal location for more than two years before our team found this property in Norwalk,” he said. “Along with the custom features of the building, its close proximity to freeway access and central location to Orange County and Los Angeles make it a strategic move for the company.”
