MONTVALE, NJ-A rezoning proposal that would allow the development of 27 acres of farmland into a retail development that would include a Wegmans supermarket is set for Tuesday at Borough Hall.
The DePiero family wants to sell 27 acres of its 55-acre farm for the development of a 140,000-square-foot Wegmans supermarket. The project, which would be owned by North Jersey builder S. Hekemian, would also include another 100,000 square feet of additional retail space, according to The Record. .
