JACKSONVILLE, FL-RHP Properties of Farmington Hills, MI has acquired the Countryside Villages mobile home park here at 10960 Beach Blvd. for $31.3 million.
The buyer, an investment firm that specializes in manufactured homes and apartment developments, purchased the complex of 114 structures on 106 acres from ARC Management Services LLC of Denver, according to the Jacksonville Business Journal.
