ST. PETERSBURG, FL-Rollin Oats is planning to double its current store on Dr. Martin Luther King Boulevard here.
The organic grocer intends to enlarge the location at 2842 Dr. Martin Luther King Blvd. to 150,000 square feet. The expansion includes a new meat counter, a 55% increase in parking, the addition of an outdoor dining area and a second floor terrace, according to the Tampa Bay Business Journal.
St. Petersburg Yoga will relocate and expand to more than 7,000 square feet on the second floor of the new building. See story in the Tampa Bay Business Journal.
