SANTA CLARA, CA—The southern California propertydeveloper/manager that goes by the name The IrvingCompany has bought a 31-acre business park here.

Park Square, as the property is called, wassold by RREEF, according to a report in theSilicon Valley Business Journal.

The property is made up of 13 buildings totaling465,000-square-feet of older, one- and two-story buildings. It isabout 60% occupied, according to an offering memorandum from HFF,which was marketing the property.
