VAN NUYS, CA-A 25-unit apartment building in the San Fernando Valley has been sold for $4.1 million.
Vose Manor, built in 1987, is predominantly two-bedroom, two-bath units and is not rent-controlled. The apartments are located at 15329 Vose Street. The deal was financed by Chase Bank at a 2.6% rate.
No renovations will be needed at the 95%-occupied building, says broker Ziv Kozaski of NAI Capital.
The construction is wood frame and stucco and includes subterranean parking and controlled access. Most units have balconies, granite counter tops, central air, garbage disposals and two parking spaces.
The Vose Manor seller was Vose LLC and C.F. Saticoy. The buyer was Vose Regency Apartment LLC.
Kozaski claimed the apartment building had “six offers at full asking price. It's a seller's market. It's crazy.”
As reported earlier on GlobeSt.com, residents of Van Nuys will soon be jumping at the chance to visit the nearby Sky Zone Indoor Trampoline Park now under construction.
