LITTLE ELM, TX—Marque Enterprises, LLC, an investment group based in California, has purchased The Village at Eldorado, a 59,820-square-foot upscale neighborhood center located at 2831 W Eldorado Parkway, on the border of Frisco and Little Elm.
Greg McDonald with the Investment Advisory Services Division of The Weitzman Group handled negotiations for the purchaser in cooperation with Joe Wojdowski with Epsteen & Associates of San Diego. The transaction was negotiated through the Retail Brokers Network, a national network of retail real estate services firm in which both companies hold membership.
The seller, CMC, LP, was represented by James Hancock, managing director of Sperry Van Ness I Hancock of Dallas.
The Village at Eldorado, located in the midst of dense, affluent neighborhoods and a strong retail district, features a line-up that includes CVS, Starbucks, Capital One, Dickey's Barbeque Pit, Mooyah's burgers, Pick Six Bar & Grill, The Marble Slab, The UPS Store, Mexigo, Orange Leaf Yogurt and several others.
The Weitzman Group is the brokerage division of Weitzman Management Corporation, a regional realty corporation that also does business through its management and development division, Cencor Realty Services.
