TYSONS CORNER, VA-Deloitte LLP has signed a lease for approximately 88,000 square feet of space at Macerich Co.'s Tysons Tower office development here.
The lease for three floors at the 22-story building was revealed by Macerich in its earnings release on Wednesday. With the latest lease, Tysons Tower, which is currently under construction, is more than 60% pre-leased, according to the Washington Business Journal. An opening for the office tower is slated for early 2014.
Deloitte will join Intelsat SA, which announced late last year it signed a lease for 188,000 square feet at the 544,000-square-foot building. See story in the Washington Business Journal.
