STERLING, VA-The B.F. Saul Co. intends to build a new 103,000-square-foot office building at the Loudoun Tech Office campus here.
The Bethesda, MD-based firm has filed plans for the new venture at 21301 Ridgetop Circle. According to Loudoun County officials, the site plan application is in the early stages, according to the Washington Business Journal. The property is being marketed by CBRE and is 100% available for lease.
The new building will be called Cascades II and will join B.F. Saul's Cascades I property at 21251 Ridgetop Circle, which totals almost 82,000 square feet. See story in the Washington Business Journal.
