IRVING, TX—Grocery chain Trader Joe's has chosen a 728,530 square foot building in Irving as the site for it's Texas regional distribution center.

The company has lead the property at 5101 Frye Road in the Towne Lake Business Park, says the Dallas Morning News. The five-year old building is on 38.8 acres, and work could begin this week on build out that would be needed.
