WASHINGTON, DC-Peel Properties has acquired 7220 Wisconsin Ave. from JBG Cos. for $16.1 million. The building, which is 95% leased, traded free and clear of existing debt.
Located in the heart of Downtown Bethesda, 7220 Wisconsin Ave. is home to such tenants as BB&T and the American College of Medical Genetics.
HFF's Jim Meisel, Dek Potts, Andrew Weir, Stephen Conley and Jessica Dickinson arranged the deal.
