ALEXANDRIA, VA-The JBG Cos. has acquired a 308-unit garden style apartment community here. The deal closed on May 9. Drew White, of ARA Mid-Atlantic, brokered the deal on behalf of the seller, Laramar Communities.
Bennington Crossings is located at 441 N. Armistead Street and is close to the Van Dorn Street Metro station.
GlobeSt.com will be catching up with White later today for more details on this and the Crystal Park at Waterford trade, which he also helped broker. Briefly, he tells us, it has been a busy period with three closing in the last week and plans to bring new assets to market in the coming month.
