GOODYEAR, AZ—Cassidy Turley has completed the sale of Broadstone Canyon Trails, a 226-unit apartment community in Goodyear.
HSL Acquisitions, LLC purchased the multifamily property located at 16450 W. Van Buren St. for $23,625,000 ($104,535 per unit.) The seller was Broadstone Canyon Trails, LLC (Alliance Residential - Bruce Ward, Jay Hiemenz, Robert Hutt, Ian Swiergol). EVPs David Fogler and Steven Nicoluzakis with Cassidy Turley Arizona's multifamily group brokered the transaction.

Developed by Alliance Residential in 2008, Broadstone Canyon Trails includes three one-bedroom, three two-bedroom and one three-bedroom floorplan in the garden-style apartment community. The complex has a resort-inspired pool and spa, fitness center, conference/business center, theatre room, multimedia/billiards room and cyber café and outdoor entertaining ramada and children's playground.
