NEW YORK-Centerline Capital Group reports it has hired Jonathan Killough as senior vice president in its Affordable Housing Debt division.
Killough joins the New York City-based firm, a subsidiary of Centerline Holding Company, from Rockport Mortgage Corp., where he served as a vice president. He will be responsible for sourcing affordable housing debt opportunities with a focus on the Southeast region of the United States and will be based in the firm's Birmingham, AL office. Killough will report to Philip Melton, senior managing director of Affordable Housing Debt at the firm.
“Jon is a seasoned financial service executive with more than 15 years of experience as a developer, owner/operator, and lending professional originating and structuring affordable commercial real estate transactions,” Melton states. “We are thrilled he has joined our team. Jon will be focused on the Southeast region and will greatly extend the depth, knowledge and geographic reach of our capabilities in the region.”
Previous to his tenure at Rockport Mortgage, he worked at Summit Housing Partners (now BSR Trust), most recently serving as executive vice president.
