MALIBU, CA—RKF, the country's leading independent real estate firm specializing in retail leasing, has been retained as the exclusive leasing agent for the Malibu Lumber Yard.
The specialty outdoor shopping center is situated at 3939 Cross Creek Road and includes 31,441 square feet of retail space designed for contemporary fashion, lifestyle boutiques, eateries and personal care.
The Malibu Lumber Yard, owned by Glimcher Realty Trust, currently features a mix of contemporary and luxury retailers and restaurants, including James Perse, J.Crew, Intermix, Alice+Olivia, Tory Burch, Maxfield, and Café Habana.
Robert Cohen, president of RKF's Southern California office, Rachel Rosenberg, EVP, and Carter Magnin, associate, have been assigned to the leasing project on behalf of Glimcher Realty Trust.
