RIDGEFIELD, NJ-The borough's Planning Board granted preliminary site plan approval for a $10-million affordable senior housing complex to be built on a 1.26-acre swath of public parkland along Shaler Boulevard here.
The project to be developed by the Bergen County Housing Authority will be the borough's first affordable housing community for seniors over the age of 62, according to The Record.
The project will consist of two, three-story buildings with a total of 56 one-bedroom units. Each building will have elevators, common spaces and storage. See story in The Record.
