NEW YORK CITY-Bloomberg LP is reportedly taking another 68,000 square feet of office space at 120 Park Ave. here.
The communications company, headquartered at 731 Lexington Ave., leased 400,000 square feet at 120 Park Ave. in 2011, according to the New York Post. The 600,000-square-foot office building is owned by Eastgate Realty.
Representatives of Bloomberg are expected to appear tomorrow morning before the Rockland Industrial Development Agency to discuss its planned $710-million data center project at 155 Corporate Drive in Orangetown, NY. The agency is expected to vote on incentives in connection with the data center project. The IDA session is being held at the Orangetown Town Hall at 26 Orangeburg Road, beginning at 8 a.m. See story in the New York Post.
