WASHINGTON, DC-Cushman & Wakefield has secured a lease assignment for 1875 K St., NW, a CBD building owned by San Francisco-based Shorenstein Properties. The 178,000-square foot, LEED Gold-certified property is currently 68% occupied.
Cushman & Wakefield's leasing team on this assignment includes Brian Raher, Scott Russi and Josh Kreider.
This transaction brings the C&W DC area portfolio of leased and/or managed properties to more than 20.9 million square feet. The company has been making greater efforts to secure agency clients this year--and this lease assignment is a reflection of that, a spokeswoman tells GlobeSt.com.
