LAS VEGAS-Retail real estate is continuing to improve. At the Marcus & Millichap "Retail Trends" event last night here there was plenty of optimism. We were lucky to sit down with Hessam Nadji, who heads up the firm's research and advisory services. He spoke with us before the firm's "Retail Trends" panel at the RECon show.
