HANOVER, MD-GlobeSt.com caught up with Lisa Sullivan, vice president and city manager for Liberty Property Trust, to discuss the REIT's plans for its newly-announced purchase of 18 acres of land at 7149 Ridge Rd. here. She tells us that the REIT will continue to acquire land in the BWI Corridor to keep its pipeline full.

Assuming it successfully leases up Hanover Crossing -- two Class A industrial buildings it is building on a 17-acre site here on a speculative basis – it will then move to break ground on 7149 Ridge Rd.

She already has three different sites in mind, although she said she wasn't "far enough down the road" to talk about them yet. They are all in the BWI Corridor and two are very close to Hanover Crossing, she says.
