LONDON-BT (British Telecom) has appointed Colliers International as its global real estate services provider to support the management of its worldwide property interests.
Colliers International's Corporate Solutions team will act on over 1,200 property interests across the world, excluding the UK and Irish Republic properties, having previously provided services to BT across the Americas region. The contract is set for a period of three years.

The contract includes the provision by Colliers of a full range of services, including global property portfolio strategy, business intelligence technology, lease administration and transaction management. “We are convinced Colliers strategic approach, and the expertise it can offer in each of the 170 countries in which we operate, will add tremendous value to our company,” Barr added.
