MILWAUKEE-The County of Milwaukee has set a June 24th deadline for development proposals for a block-long swath in the Park East corridor here.
The county has issued a request for proposals for the block located south of North Water Street between North Milwaukee Street and North Broadway. Developers must submit plans for the site and a purchase price offer, according to The Business Journal. Milwaukee County officials will rank the proposals and subsequently sign an option to sell the land with the preferred developer.
The city's zoning code for the property allows for housing, office, retail and entertainment use. Building heights could range from three to 12 stories. See story in The Business Journal.
