DALLAS-David Disney, formerly with UCR Investment Sales, has closed on the sale of Preston Oaks shopping center in Dallas.
Preston Oaks is an upscale, grocery-anchored center located at the southeast corner of Preston Rd. and Royal Ln. in the heart of the highly affluent Preston Hollow neighborhoods. The shopping center is anchored by HEB's Central Market grocery concept and totals approximately 103,000 square feet of space.
Regency Centers of Jacksonville, FL acquired the center in an off-market transaction from a partnership controlled by Trademark Property Company who originally purchased and redeveloped the center in 1991. Stuart Brackenridge of Regency Centers negotiated the transaction on behalf of the buyer and Trademark was self-represented. Disney represented Regency Centers on the acquisition of the center and worked exclusively with Brackenridge on the transaction.
Preston Oaks is home to one of five Central Market locations in the Dallas/Ft. Worth area and this store location recently celebrated its one year anniversary in March. Other tenants in the shopping center include White House/Black Market, GAP, Pier 1 Imports, Francesca's, Neighborhood Services, McDonald's and many more.
