HOUSTON-American Builders & Contractors Supply Co. Inc. has signed a lease to move into the 91,520-square-foot building two at Century Plaza Distribution Center. ABC is one of the largest wholesale distributors of roofing supplies in the United States.
ABC's build-to-suit space is part of a three-building, 390,000-square-foot development at 400 Century Plaza Dr., located due north of the Greenspoint submarket, in between Airtex and Richey. The office/industrial space being developed by Avera Cos., in partnership with Weeks Robinson Properties.
Joe Evans and Janae Evan of Evtex Cos. represented the tenant. Gray Gilbert and Bill Rudolf with CBRE represented the landlords.
