WASHINGTON, DC-Normandy Real Estate Partners, based in Morristown, NJ, has put its Capitol Hill office building at 50 F St. NW on the market for sale.
The firm acquired the 266,907-square-foot office building in 2006. Normandy has retained Eastdil Secured LLC to market the 12-story building. Eastdil's John Kevill says the property could trade for as much as $110 million, according to the Washington Business Journal.
"In today's market, if something's well located, well stabilized and well sized, it's a good time to go to market," Kevill says. "All they're doing really here is taking advantage of the fact that they're stabilized the property and it's a good time to sell." See story in the Washington Business Journal.
