TAMPA—RMC Property Group has acquired The Ross Realty Group of Clearwater creating a combined firm that oversees the management, leasing and sales of more than 8.4 million square feet of commercial space.
Tampa-based RMC Group will grow its workforce from 30 to 45 workers, according to the Tampa Bay Business Journal. Terms of the transaction were not released.
The combined firm creates one of the largest, full-service, privately held commercial real estate enterprises in Florida, according to a company statement.
