NEW YORK CITY-The Eretz Group is reportedly acquired the 46-story 295 Madison Ave. office building here for approximately $210 million.
The New York City-based real estate investor is acquiring the property located on the corner of East 41st Street from real estate investment group Westbrook Partners of New York City. The deal is part of Westbrook's attempt to sell off approximately $1 billion in properties, according to Crain's New York Business.
Westbrook owned the 300,000-square-foot property in partnership with the Moinian Group, which is also selling its stake to the Eretz Group, the newspaper reports. Eastdil Secured Adam Spies and Doug Harmon of Eastdil Secured are handling the Westbrook portfolio sales. See story in Crain's New York Business.
