MEMPHIS, TN-Construction is expected to begin next month on a new two-story, 36,000-square-foot medical office building here being developed by Ford Jarratt Realty and Development Co.
The locally-based firm has already stared site work on the project being built on nearly three acres near the intersection of Miller Farms Road and Wolf River Boulevard, according to the Memphis Business Journal. Construction on the new building is expected to be completed by December.
Price Ford and Joe Jarratt are the principals of Ford Jarratt Realty and Development and are also the principals of Cypress Realty Holdings Co., which will own the medical office building at 7600 Wolf River Blvd when construction is completed
The new building will be adjacent to the company's 44,000-square-foot medical office building at 7550 Wolf River that has Trumball Laboratories LLC as an anchor tenant. See story in the Memphis Business Journal.
