MT. LAUREL, NJ-Monterey Holdings has acquired 8000 Commerce Parkway, a 54,000-square-foot flex building from Liberty Property Trust. WCRE's Leor Hemo represented the buyer.
“Our client was seeking a long-term commercial real estate investment in a prime location for their growing portfolio,” said Hemo. The building is set in Greentree North Corporate Center.
It has quick access to Interstate 295, the New Jersey Turnpike, and Route 73.
