NEW YORK CITY-John Thomas Financial, led by embattled CEO Tommy Belesis is giving up its headquarters space at 14 Wall St.
The company, which has been the subject of several regulatory probes, is vacating its space at the building where it occupies the entire 23rd floor, according to the New York Post. JTF's headquarters space totals nearly 39,000 square feet.
The brokerage firm's space has been on the market for two weeks through CBRE, the broker for the building, according to the CoStar Group. See story in the New York Post.
