ENOLA, PA-New England Retail Properties has hired Colliers International to market the proposed “Summerdale Parcel” site that is to be home to a mixed-use project on more than 50 acres here.
New England Retail Properties, based in Wethersfield, CT, has contracted with the Cumberland County Industrial Development Authority to purchase the site once the firm has lined up tenants and secured the necessary permits.
The project manager for the Summerdale land is Joseph Baranowski, formerly of Developers Realty Corp. of West Hartford, CT, who has a long history of developing commercial sites in central PA including the East Penn Center (KinderCare, CVS, MetroBank) at the intersection of East Penn Drive and Wertzville Road in Enola.
The site is located at the intersection of Interstate 81 and State Route 11/15. The parcel's zoning permits a variety of commercial uses, including, restaurants, hotels, retail, medical and professional office, and multifamily residential.
