BETHESDA, MD-Starr Capital of Chevy Chase is expected to submit plans next month to the Planning Board for its 17-story luxury condo project here that will include 2,000 square feet of public space that will be used as an art incubator.
The project, that will feature 72 luxury condominium units, four levels of parking, and ground floor retail at 4990 Fairmont Ave., will have as its public amenity 2,000 square feet of ground floor space that will be dedicated to the county, which in turn will hand over management of the space to the Bethesda Urban Partnership, according to Bethesda Now. BUP would lease out four art studios at the property.
The project would be developed at the site of a shuttered BP service station. See story at BethesdaNow.com.
