NEW YORK CITY-Jack Resnick & Son's 199 Water St. office building has just secured two deals involving full-floor leases at the 1.1 million-square-foot complex.

The WeissComm Group, a public relations firm based in San Francisco, is moving from Midtown South into 35,454 square feet on the 14th floor, according to the New York Post, while NYCHSRO/MedReview Inc., a subtenant, signed a direct lease for 36,985 square feet on the 27th floor.

The building, which has undergone extensive repairs and renovations since Hurricane Sandy, is now 97% occupied.

Company president Jonathan Resnick estimated the total cost for “recovery, restoration and reinforcement” following the flood at $50 million. See story in the New York Post.
