BEVERLY HILLS, CA-NAI Capital has sold an 8-unit multifamily property located at 325 North Palm Drive in Beverly Hills.

Shari Baner, SVP with NAI Capital's Encino office, represented the seller, Zintel Holdings, and the buyer, Cowboy and Company LLC, in the sale and purchase. The value of the transaction was not disclosed.

The luxurious two-story regency style courtyard property was built in 1940 and has not been on the market in over 60 years.  The property exhibits colonial Spanish architectural accents, hardwood floors, crown molding and beautiful gardens throughout its 7,497 sq. ft. lot.   Recent renovations include updated plumbing and electrical. Each unit also has access to enclosed garage parking in the rear. The charming upper level apartments have separate entry with treetop views.

Baner notes, “With my many years of experience and expertise, I was able to structure a deal that contained a litany of challenges and complications due to ongoing legal matters.  Through delicate negotiations between the buyer and seller and their attorneys I was able to complete a successful sale which closed within two weeks. Both buyer and seller were very accommodating and satisfied with the transaction.”

The property is located north of Burton Way and west of Doheny and is in close proximity to the luxury shopping centers, restaurants and other retail facilities in the districts of Beverly Hills and West Hollywood.
