PITTSBURGH-The Plaza at the Pointe shopping center here has been sold to WP Realty of Bryn Mawr, PA for $16.8 million.
The nearly 150,000-square-foot shopping center was sold by US Bank and was previously owned by Costa Land Co., according to the Pittsburgh Business Journal.
Plaza at the Pointe's major tenants include Bed, Bath & Beyond, Old Navy, La-Z-Boy and Party City. See story in the Pittsburgh Business Journal.
