LOS ANGELES-DTZ has made four new hires as it continues to expand its Global Corporate Services Americas Group.

The new hires include Antonia Cardone, the new head of DTZ GCS's West Coast workplace strategy team, based in San Francisco; Taj Sharma, GCS VP, located in Palo Alto: Roberta Guerrero, appointed VP for project management dervices, working from downtown Los Angeles; and Luke Eskigian, who will be VP for project management services and will be based in West Los Angeles.

A statement from Global Corporate Services president Nick Westley said Sharma would “support GCS's growing roster of technology clients in Silicon Valley and the Bay Area,” while Cardone will “be responsible for building and overseeing DTZ's specialist workplace strategy team in the Western region.”

Cardone's team will create strategic plans to optimize space utilization and create dynamic, flexible workplace environments and “future-ready” buildings and portfolios.

“Ms. Guerrero and Mr. Eskigian will be a key component of the expansion of the GCS project management service line,” said a statement from Rob Cookson, head of GCS Americas.

Sharma is a former director, global real estate and facilities management at Johnson Controls Inc. Cardone is a LEED-accredited consultant former VP at HOK, Inc. Guerrero was at Jones Lang LaSalle for 17 years. Eskigian has more than 20 years of experience in landlord and tenant construction management.
