BALTIMORE, MD-Industrial is commercial real estate's new black,or rather, new multifamily. Activity in the last few days includeleases, investment sales and the marketing of at least oneproperty.

In Baltimore, the Nelson Co., a manufacturerand distributor of industrial packaging, inked38,433-square feet at 4517 N. PointBlvd. in Edgemere. Cushman & Wakefield's DavidBaird represented the landlord, F2, LLC. The tenant wasrepresented by Chris Wright, also with Cushman& Wakefield. There is currently 28,500 square feet availablefor lease in the building.

In Hanover, MD, TIAA-CREF secured three leasestotaling 79,362-square feet at CandlewoodCommerce Center. The buildings, 7462, 7466 & 7468Candlewood Rd., total 357,706 square feet. JarredTesta and Tilghman Herring ofCassidy Turley's Core Industrial Leasing Teamrepresented the landlord.
