ROCKWALL, TX-Stan Johnson Company, one of the nation's premier net lease brokerage firms, has completed the sale of a 17,505-square-foot, on-campus medical office property. The medical office building (MOB), which is located at 3136 Horizon Road in Rockwall, TX, sold for $5.4 million.

The property is an outparcel to one of Texas Health Resources' most profitable hospitals and services a large footprint in the communities east of Dallas. The property is located less than a mile from Interstate-30 in a major medical corridor. The property sits near SmileWorks Dentistry, Family Vision Center, Ob-Gyn Place, Rehab Management Physical Therapy, and Spine Team Texas, among several others.
“The opportunity to buy a fully leased medical building on the campus of the hospital, in this fast growing Dallas suburb, made it an attractive investment opportunity for the buyer,” said Scrivner.
