TUCSON- ROC | Bridge Partners LLC has acquired the 1970s-built Mission Palms at 951 W. Orange Grove Rd. The Murray, UT buyer paid $25.6 million to seller JI Kislak Inc. of Miami Lakes FL for the 360-unit apartment complex.
Art Wadlund of the Tucson office of Hendricks Berkadia negotiated the transaction between buyer and seller. The complex offers one- and two-bedroom units.
