IRVINE, CA-Law firm Haight Brown Bonesteel LLP has signed a new lease to relocate its Orange County regional office from its current Santa Ana location to 2050 Main St., a 13-story high-rise building here. The Irvine office has 12 attorneys and nine staff members who will immediately relocate to a 9,322-square-foot space in the Irvine Concourse Corporate Center.

Jones Lang LaSalle team members Darren Eades, Curtis Ellmore and Ryan Hawkins represented the law firm in the transaction, while the landlord, AEW, was represented by CBRE. Eades said in a prepared statement that due to the team's “extensive knowledge of the market, we were able to uncover premier built-out law space, which allowed Haight Brown Bonesteel to move with minimal expenses while dramatically upgrading the look and feel of its office environment.”

S. The new lease comes two years after JLL represented the firm in a 27,280-square-foot sublease in Downtown Los Angeles for the relocation of its headquarters, as GlobeSt.com previously reported. Haight Brown Bonesteel is known for representing businesses in real estate, bankruptcy, collections, product liability, general liability, construction law, insurance law, employment and labor, professional liability, appellate, environmental law and toxic tort, public entry, food safety and transportation law.
