Two Leases Signed at Charlotte Shopping Center

CHARLOTTE-The ownership of Two LakePointe Plaza here report it has signed leases with two tenants totaling nearly 37,000 square feet of retail space.

CHARLOTTE-The ownership of Two LakePointe Plaza here reports it has signed leases with two tenants totaling nearly 37,000 square feet of retail space.

Carolinas HealthCare System signed a lease for 20,788 square feet for the entire third floor of the building, while Publix Super Markets Inc. inked a lease for approximately 16,000 square feet at the property as well, according to the Charlotte Business Journal.

The five-story Two Lake Pointe building is one of seven in the LakePointe Office Park acquired earlier this year by Archon Group and Mainstreet Capital Partners. See story in the Charlotte Business Journal.
