SAN FRANCISCO-Crescent Heights has opened a leasing office for NEMA, a full-service rental community currently under construction at 10th and Market streets in the heart of San Francisco's growing Mid-Market neighborhood.
NEMA is designed explicitly for San Franciscans–its entire architectural makeup and extensive host of amenities reflect its neighborhood and the inimitable style of Northern California. Designed by Glenn Rescalvo, partner of Handel Architects, NEMA's four linked structures include two high-rise towers and two mid-rise buildings. The 24-story South Tower and 11-story South Mid-rise will introduce the project's first studios and one-bedroom apartments in fall 2013. Collectively, the buildings comprise 754 units that range in size from 463 square feet to 1,482 square feet, merging world-class architecture and sleek interiors with state-of-the-art technology and exceptional amenities.
“We are pleased to introduce NEMA to the San Francisco community with the opening of our on-site leasing office,” said Roman Speron, regional operations manager at Crescent Heights. “Mid-Market is undergoing a tremendous transformation. At the corner of 10th and Market streets NEMA joins high-profile tech companies like Twitter and Square, as well as new restaurants and retail, in the epicenter of the neighborhood.”
NEMA will feature 13,500 square feet of retail space on the first level of the building, both on Market Street and along 10th Street.
Handel Architects designed the residences at NEMA to be sleek and contemporary, offering an array of views, including the iconic skyscrapers of the Financial District, the dome of City Hall, the Golden Gate Bridge, Russian Hill, Bernal Heights, Twin Peaks and the San Francisco Bay. Occupancy is slated for fall 2013.
