ATLANTA-Franklin Street Properties has acquired the 28-story office tower at 999 Peachtree here for $157.9 million.
The Wakefield, MA-based firm, which was represented by Eastdil Secured in the transaction, purchased the property from Atlanta-based Jamestown, according to the Atlanta Business Chronicle.
Jamestown acquired 999 Peachtree six years ago for $127 million and repositioned the building, eventually bringing the property to more than 95% leased. Franklin Street acquired the 17-story One Ravinia Drive in Atlanta for $52.8 million last year. See story in the Atlanta Business Chronicle.
