BEVERLY HILLS, CA-The CIM Group has sold a two-building office complex located at 150-151 El Camino Dr. in the Golden Triangle district. The sales price and buyer were not disclosed.

CIM Group acquired the two three-story buildings totaling approximately 127,141 square feet in Dec. 2011. Situated just south of Wilshire Blvd., the 150-151 El Camino Dr. office buildings are in walking distance to the Rodeo Dr. shopping area and near hotels, retailers, restaurants and other amenities.

The building offers on-site parking with 379 spaces, and flexible space configurations to accommodate tenants of different sizes and industries. Madison Partners' Bob Safai and Matt Case represented the seller.

At one time, the buildings were formerly owned by the William Morris Agency. In 1998, the street was re-named William Morris Plaza by the city of Beverly Hills on the occasion of the agency's 100th anniversary. William Morris sold the complex at 150-151 El Camino Dr. in Sept. 2008 for $143 million ($783 per square foot) to a partnership of Cape Horn Group of Chile and Lincoln Property of Dallas.

CIM Group is headquartered in Los Angeles, and has regional offices in New York, the San Francisco Bay Area and Bethesda, MD.

As previously reported by GlobeSt.com, CIM Group has acquired the 8436 3rd St. building that was the long-time home to the Directors Guild of America pension and health fund.
