JERSEY CITY, NJ-Bayonne Medical Center has leased 37,000 square feet at 10 Exchange Place here for its administrative offices. Weiss Realty represented the tenant in taking the entire 15th floor in a sub-lease arrangement.
Cushman and Wakefield represented the sub-landlord, Rabo Support Services.
The 748,000-square-foot tower has direct access to Exchange Place Path Station and is steps away from the Hudson-Bergen Light Rail and NY Waterway Ferries.
The transaction was orchestrated by Jaime M. Weiss and Matthew B. Weiss of Weiss Realty Inc. of Moonachie, NJ.
“Bayonne Medical Center, which manages the medical staff and top-notch medical facilities of three Hudson County hospitals including Christ Hospital, Bayonne Medical Center and Hoboken University Medical Center, was drawn to this building due to the attractive demographics and location” said Matthew Weiss. He handled the transaction in concert with Jaime M. Weiss; the brokerage is based in Moonachie.
Jaime and Matthew Weiss oversee and actively participate in all transactions by the firm, which includes leasing and managing a portfolio of over 2 million square feet.
