PORTLAND, OR-Fischer & Company, a Texas-based real estate firm with expertise in consulting, brokerage and technology solutions, has opened its newest office in downtown Portland, located in One Main Place.
The company says it chose Portland “due to its location in the Pacific Northwest, a region experiencing vibrant entrepreneurial and corporate growth.
“More specifically, the Portland commercial real estate market has remained relatively stable over the past five years and is a hub for diverse and well-known companies, including Nike, Stancorp, Intel, Knowledge Universe and Columbia Sportswear, not to mention the city's vast number of startups.”
Led by Oregon native and executive vice president, Blake St. Onge, Fischer's Portland team will continue serving its existing national accounts while expanding the company's client base throughout the Pacific Northwest and West Coast regions.
“I am excited to launch Fischer's newest office in Portland, bringing a unique and fresh perspective to the local market, while extending the reach of Fischer's tenant-focused services nationally,” St. Onge said in a release. “By establishing our footprint in Oregon, Fischer will better serve our existing clients in the Pacific Northwest, including high-growth areas in Northern California and Washington State.”
In addition to providing comprehensive tenant services, Fischer's technology platforms help businesses maximize the value of their real estate portfolios on a regional, national and international level by uncovering hidden data, while performing portfolio evaluation and optimization strategies aimed at reducing occupancy costs.
Fischer is headquartered in Dallas with offices in Atlanta, Los Angeles, Memphis, Tenn., and Pittsburgh.
